PureGuard™ PG-4S-L 4-Stage High-Capacity DI Water Filtration System for Autoclaves, Sterilizers & Laboratories

$8,299 (USD)

Description

The PureGuard™ PG-4S-L is a compact, high-capacity 4-stage deionization system engineered to deliver consistent, zero-TDS ultra-pure water for autoclaves, sterilizers, boilers, laboratories, and other critical medical and clinical equipment. Designed for healthcare and laboratory environments where water quality directly impacts patient safety and equipment reliability, the PG-4S-L eliminates the minerals, silica, PFAS/PFOA, heavy metals, microplastics, and dissolved solids that cause scale buildup, component damage, and costly downtime.

Stage 1 – Pre-Filtration (Centacore™ Technology):

Proprietary Centacore™ pre-filtration with an integrated silica-targeting resin removes particulates, rust, sediment, cysts, spores, and bacteria down to sub-micron levels, protecting the downstream DI media from premature exhaustion.

Stage 2 – Primary Deionization:

A high-capacity proprietary mixed-bed ion exchange resin performs complete TDS removal, converting incoming water to deionized (DI) water.

Stage 3 – Secondary Deionization (Polishing & Redundancy):

An identical high-capacity mixed-bed resin stage provides additional polishing and redundancy, ensuring consistently ultra-low TDS output for even the most critical applications.

Stage 4 – Final Polish (ST108 Carbon Block):

A proprietary ST108 high-capacity carbon block removes chlorine, chloramines, pesticides, and organic contaminants for the highest quality finished water before it reaches your equipment.

A key differentiator is the MED+ predictive monitoring system, which tracks TDS breakthrough behavior chromatographically within Stage 2 — along with flow rate and total gallons processed — to predict cartridge exhaustion before water quality degrades. Dual pressure gauges on the first filter stage provide real-time differential pressure monitoring, and an integrated flow meter tracks system efficiency over time. This proactive approach eliminates the reactive, end-point-only monitoring of traditional systems.

The PG-4S-L operates tankless and on-demand, produces zero wastewater, requires no chemical regeneration, and features quick-change sanitary cartridges for simple, mess-free maintenance. It meets AAMI ST108 standards for water used in steam sterilization, and supports NSF/ANSI 42 & 53, GLP, and ISO 15189 compliance. Wall-mounted and compact, it is a cost-effective alternative to large centralized DI systems, with a typical installed cost significantly lower than traditional infrastructure.

Ideal for: autoclaves & sterilizers, surgical centers, dental & medical clinics, laboratories & clinical analyzers, boilers & steam generators, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and endoscopy equipment.
